A studio built around two flows: money and signal
HILLY WEB DIGITAL DEVELOPERS is a Kenyan software studio. We build the infrastructure that moves value through M-Pesa and moves data through ISP networks — because in Kenya, those two problems show up together more often than not.
Why this studio exists
Most software built for the Kenyan market treats payments and connectivity as separate problems. They rarely are. A hotspot operator needs to bill customers and manage their router. A small business collecting Till payments needs more than SMS notifications to run on. HILLY WEB DIGITAL DEVELOPERS builds for that overlap — starting with PesaLoop (payments) and LipaNet (connectivity), engineered from Nairobi outward, for businesses working with the infrastructure that's actually available here.
How we work
Build the real integration first
A dashboard connected to a sandbox API isn't a product. Every product we ship starts with the real Daraja, MikroTik, or third-party integration working end to end.
Design for the connection you actually have
Most of our users are on mobile data, not fibre. Every interface is built and tested against that reality, not a fast office connection.
Say what's finished and what isn't
Products in development are labeled that way. We'd rather earn trust slowly than oversell something half-built.
