3. Products (PesaLoop, LipaNet)

PesaLoop and LipaNet are separate applications with their own data-handling practices, particularly around M-Pesa transaction data and customer billing records. Their individual privacy terms will be published as each product reaches public beta.

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry.

You may request that we delete any personal information you've shared with us by contacting us directly.
