1. Overview

These terms govern your use of this website and any services described on it. By using this site or engaging HILLY WEB DIGITAL DEVELOPERS for a project, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Project work (websites, billing systems, custom software) is scoped and agreed individually with each client, typically via a separate written agreement covering deliverables, timeline, and cost. The Pricing page reflects indicative starting points, not binding quotes.

3. Products in development

PesaLoop and LipaNet are described on this site as being in active development. Features, timelines, and availability are subject to change, and neither product should be considered production-ready until explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, code and designs delivered as part of a commissioned project belong to the client upon full payment. Shared components and internal tooling remain the property of HILLY WEB DIGITAL DEVELOPERS.

5. Limitation of liability

Software is provided as-is during development phases. HILLY WEB DIGITAL DEVELOPERS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of in-development products.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the studio and its products grow. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
